New Jersey DeMolay hosted the 2009 Mid Atlantic Tournament of Champions in Trenton, New Jersey over the weekend of September 11-13, 2009.

TOURNAMENT SITE - All competition events took place at the Trenton Masonic Temple located at 100 Barrack Street, Trenton, New Jersey 08608 (View Map). This beautiful building provided MATOC competitors with with two full Lodge rooms, a library and various other rooms to use for contests and other support functions.

TOURNAMENT HOTEL - The Best Western Bordentown Inn was the official 2009 tournament hotel. Located at 1068 Route 206, Bordentown, New Jersey 08505 (View Map), the hotel was 12 miles from the tournament site, a short 20 minute ride by car. THE CONTESTS - As in previous years, MATOC offered competition in 3 divisions for 17 individual and team categories.

* Each of the above listed individual competitions are offered in three Divisions. Division I is for 2-time division II MATOC champions. Division II is for Active DeMolays 15 to 20 years of age, or for two-time Division III winners. Division III is for DeMolays between ages 12 and 14.

** All competitions are offered at the "Open" and "Champion" levels. "Champion" level competitions are only open to state/jurisdictional champions. "Open" level competitions are open to all competitors.
