All attendees, judges and competitors need to be listed on a Tournament registration form (step #2). In addition, competitors must use the Contest Registration form(s) to register for each contest. Step 1. Hotel Registration - Click here to download the hotel registration form. This form needs to be submitted no later than August 1, 2010. Mailing instructions are on the form. Step 2. Tournament Registration - Click here to download the tournament registration form. This form and the associated fees must be submitted by August 1, 2010. Mailing instructions are on the form. Step 3. Contest Registration - Contest registration forms must be submitted by August 20, 2010.
